A message dated June 25, 1993, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 171(FIN)                                                
"An Act providing coverage for hospice care under the Medicaid                
program; reordering the priorities given to optional services under            
the Medicaid program; and providing for an effective date."
